Nice easy, refreshing salad for summer. Cook time is the time it should chill in the refrigerator. Ingredients:
5 medium tomatoes, sliced in wedges |
1/3 cup sliced onion |
1 -2 tablespoon olive oil |
2 leaves fresh basil, shredded |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and chill salad an hour before serving for best taste. |
