In Brazil most restrauants have 'por kilo' buffets for lunches, and they all have an assortment of wonderful salads. This is my take of one of them.
Ingredients:
1 pint of cherry tomatoes, halved
1 pint of grape tomatoes, halved
10 (or one small jar) of sundried tomatoes
1 glove of garlic, crushed
1 tbsp of baslamic vinegar
Directions:
1. put everything into a tupperware container, put the lid on and shake.
2. refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
