Easy Ingredients:
3 to 4 tomatoes, cored and cut into 3/4-inch cubes |
1 small sweet onion, finely diced |
2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar |
1 1/2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar |
2 tablespoons minced fresh basil |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine tomatoes and sweet onion. Add vinegars. Mix lightly. Let stand for 10 minutes. Add basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve at room temperature. 2. Serving quantity: Serves 4. |
