Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds juicy tomatoes, cut into wedges |
1 tablespoon crushed garlic |
1/4 cup olive oil |
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
1 red onion, cut julienne |
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil leaves |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl. Toss gently and season with salt and pepper. Serve at room temperature family style. |
