Fresh tomatoes and basil with onions
Ingredients:
3 medium tomatoes
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp onions
3 leaves basil
1 black pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Cut tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and put into small bowl.
2. Slice onions very fine and add to tomatoes.
3. Chop fresh basil leaves and sprinkle on mix.
4. Add ground black pepper.
5. Drizzle olive oil over tomatoes and mix gently.
