Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese |
1/2 can(s) mayonnaise |
1 12 pizza crust |
2 tablespoon(s) basil pesto |
3 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh basil |
1/2 teaspoon(s) freshly ground pepper |
5 plum tomatoes, sliced |
2 cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided |
Directions:
1. Place pizza crust on lightly greased baking sheet. Brush outer 1" of crust with water. Fold edge over and crimp. Prick bottom. Bake at 400 degrees 8-10 min. Sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella and cool 15 min. Arrange tomato over cheese. 2. Combine remaining cup mozzarella, Parmesan, and next 3 ingredients and spread over tomato. Bake at 375 degrees 20-25 min. Sprinkle with basil. |
