The brie cheese acts as a creamy sauce when melted by the warm pasta. For the most flavorful results, use tomatoes and basil at the height of their season. Ingredients:
12 ounces orecchiette pasta |
2 large tomatoes, chopped |
4 ounces brie cheese, sliced |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil |
1 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, sliced |
Directions:
