Ingredients:
2/3 cup finely chopped onion |
1 medium tomato, chopped into small pieces |
3 eggs, beaten until fluffy |
1 cup yogurt |
1 cup milk |
3/4 teaspoon sea salt |
fresh ground black pepper |
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh basil |
2/3 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese |
1 9inch pastry shells |
Directions:
1. Spread onion and tomato in a 9-inch pastry shell. 2. Mix eggs, yogurt, milk, salt, pepper and basil. 3. Pour into pastry shell. 4. Sprinkle cheese over top. 5. Bake at 400 degrees ot 10 minutes. 6. Then bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. 7. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. |
