A simple yet delicious alternative to the usual plain scrambled egg. My mother used to cook this for breakfast when we were still in cubao. Ingredients:
6 eggs, scrambled |
3 ripe tomatoes, juliene |
1 tbsp fish sauce |
a dash of pepper |
Directions:
1. In an omelette pan, heat oil. 2. saute the tomatoes until the tomatoes are very very tender 3. add the fish sauce or patis and the pepper, stir 4. add in the scrambled eggs and stir until eggs are cooked. 5. serve with fried or steamed rice or bread. |
