Great summer relish! This recipe is from a gardening show that featured recipes using fresh produce at the end of the segment. I love to eat this relish as is, although it is fabulous when heaped over grilled zucchini (as the original recipe suggests). Ingredients:
2 cups diced fresh tomatoes |
2 cups pitted chopped green olives |
1 1/2 cups walnut pieces |
1/4 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients in large bowl. 2. DONE! |
