A easy salad to put together. You can adjust the quantity of everything to suit your taste. Ingredients:
1 lb fresh mozzarella ball (small size) |
4 -6 roma tomatoes |
fresh cilantro |
salt & pepper |
olive oil |
Directions:
1. Cut the mozzarella balls into fourths. 2. Cut tomatos in half and squeeze out pulp, then dice. 3. Chop cilantro. 4. Combine in bowl, drizzle with olive oil. Add salt & pepper to taste. |
