                    This recipe goes with Grilled Swordfish with Tomato-Molasses Dressing Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 tablespoons olive oil  |  
                                                1 tablespoon chopped green onion  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon minced garlic  |  
                                                1/4 cup dry white wine  |  
                                                1 tablespoon fresh lime juice  |  
                                                1 tablespoon honey  |  
                                                2 teaspoons dark molasses  |  
                                                1 cup halved cherry tomatoes  |  
                                                1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley  |  
                                                1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add green onion, ginger, and garlic; sauté 1 to 2 minutes or until tender. Add white wine, bring to a boil, and cook 2 minutes or until mixture has reduced to about 1 tablespoon. Stir in lime juice, honey, and molasses. Add tomatoes, and cook 3 minutes or until tomatoes begin to soften. Stir in parsley and chives just before serving.                              |
