Ingredients:
12 nabisco low-sodium triscuits
1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
1 medium plum tomato, cut into 12 slices
light italian dressing
Directions:
1. Cover the top of each cracker with some light italien salad dressing.
2. Place a slice of tomato on top of the dressing.
3. Top each tomato slice with 1 teaspoon of cheese.
4. Place 6 topped crackers on a microwaveable plate and heat on high for 10 to 15 seconds or until cheese is melted.
5. Repeat with remainging topped crackers.
