The recipe is a healthier choice, especially if you use low fat materials. Ingredients:
12 nabisco low-sodium triscuits |
1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese |
1 medium plum tomato, cut into 12 slices |
light italian dressing |
Directions:
1. Cover the top of each cracker with some light italien salad dressing. 2. Place a slice of tomato on top of the dressing. 3. Top each tomato slice with 1 teaspoon of cheese. 4. Place 6 topped crackers on a microwaveable plate and heat on high for 10 to 15 seconds or until cheese is melted. 5. Repeat with remainging topped crackers. |
