Ingredients:
1 clove garlic |
1 (24-ounce) can tomato juice |
4 medium tomatoes, unpeeled and chopped |
8 finely chopped green onions |
2 cucumbers, peeled and finely chopped |
1 cup finely chopped celery |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 tablespoon salt |
dash of pepper |
Directions:
1. Rub a large glass or ceramic bowl with garlic clove; discard garlic. Place remaining ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Cover tightly, and chill overnight. Serve in individual bowls. |
