DH loves this drink on the weekends. I like to serve it for brunch. Ingredients:
14 ounces tomato juice |
1/2 teaspoon grated onion |
1 teaspoon chopped celery |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon horseradish |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients. 2. Chill 1 hour. 3. Strain and serve in glasses. 4. Garnish with celery stick, if desired. |
