1 pint grape tomatoes, halved |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 lemon, juice of |
Directions:
1. Place everything in a saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 30 minutes, until most of the liquid has evaporated and the jam is quite thick. 2. Cool to room temperature before serving. |
