This is from local retaurant, The Tomato Head, as presented by one of their chefs on a local news program. Fabulous recipe! (Everything they have is good!). Ingredients:
4 ripe avocados |
juice of 1 lime |
1 c. tomato, chopped |
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine |
1 tbl. cilantro |
3/4 tsp. salt |
2 tbl. onion, chopped |
2 tsp. jalapeno, chopped |
Directions:
1. Cut avocados in half, remove the seed and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl. 2. Squeeze lime juice over avocados. 3. Add tomato, garlic, cilantro, salt, onion and jalapeno. 4. Mix well. 5. Serve immediately. |
