2 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
1/3 cup beef broth |
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a small saucepan; whisk in flour, and cook, whisking constantly, 1 minute. Gradually whisk in broth and tomato sauce; reduce heat, and simmer until thickened. Whisk in salt and pepper. |
