This recipe was passed on to me by my mother-in-law. It's super-easy to make and my whole family enjoys it. Hope you do, too. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained |
garlic salt |
3 tablespoons flour |
1/4 cup oil |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. Make a roux with your flour and oil. Once it is darkened add the tomatoes and lastly the water and garlic salt. Keep stirring the whole time so that your gravy isn't lumpy. |
