Ingredients:
1 lb cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 red onion, sliced thin
1 ounce fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
