1/8 teaspoon(s) chili powder |

4 slice(s) thick bread |
cheddar cheese shredded |
eggs (optional) scrambled |

Directions:
1. Beat eggs, tomato juice, sugar, chili powder, and salt in a bowl. Dip 4 slices of bread in the mixture, then cook in a nonstick skillet until golden brown. Top with some scrambled egg, fruit, and/or cheese. |
