A great way to get more veggies in your diet. Ingredients:
4 cups tomato juice, chilled |
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped |
2 tablespoons salad oil |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon dried basil |
3 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients in a blender, adding one ice cube at a time. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Serve immediately. |
