A simple, refreshing salad that accompanies any type of food. Ingredients:
2 tomatoes, chopped |
1 cucumber, peeled and diced |
1 onion, chopped |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
salt to taste |
ground black pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions in a salad bowl. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Chill. |
