Raw, dehydrated tomato crackers.
Ingredients:
2 tomatoes
1 red onion
3 stalks celery
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 c fresh coriander
1 tbs garlic
1 c flax
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into vitamix except flax, blend. Add ground flax until pancake consistency. You can let ferment over night, or add rosemary.
