Raw, dehydrated tomato crackers. Ingredients:
2 tomatoes |
1 red onion |
3 stalks celery |
1/8 tsp salt |
1/4 c fresh coriander |
1 tbs garlic |
1 c flax |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into vitamix except flax, blend. Add ground flax until pancake consistency. You can let ferment over night, or add rosemary. |
