this dish is a little spicy lilttle corny Ingredients:
1 cup boiled sweet corn |
250 gms. sweet big tomatoes |
1 onion |
1/4 tsp. cumin seeds |
salt to taste |
1/4 tsp turmeric powder |
1/4 tsp. red chilli powder |
1/4 tsp. coriander powder |
1/4 tsp garlic ginger paste |
pinch of sugar |
1 cup of coriander & mint leaves |
1 tsp. oil |
Directions:
1. Boil the corn with little turmeric powder and salt. 2. Heat 1 tsp. of oil and put in the cumin seeds 3. When the cumin seeds start crackling, add ginger garlic paste then add onions. 4. Fry till it turns golden. 5. Add all the masalas. 6. Then add the cut pieces of tomatoes mash it like bhartha cover it and let it cook. 7. Then add the boiled corn. Decorate with coriander mint leaves 8. It can be enjoyed with roti bread or rice |
