a fabulous way to use basil and cherry tomatoes Ingredients:
80 g butter melted |
50 g parmesan divided |
100 g flour |
400 g cherry tomatoes |
125 ml milk |
4 eggs |
salt |
pepper |
1 bunch basil |
Directions:
1. Blend melted butter, milk, eggs, salt and pepper 2. Add 40 gr Parmesan and flour to form a dough 3. Wash the basil, dry the leaves very well and cut into thin strips and stir into the dough. 4. Form The dough into a flat, greased baking pan. 5. Wash the tomatoes, dry and and spread on the dough. 6. In the hot oven at 220 C degrees on the 2nd lower oven shelf bake 15 Minutens or until golden 7. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan to serve. |
