Ingredients:
1 cup tomato juice |
1 tablespoon chopped chives |
1 tablespoon rice vinegar |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
1 clove garlic, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. In blender container combine all ingredients and process at high speed until blended. 2. Refrigerate until chilled. 3. Shake again just before serving. |
