Ingredients:
1 cup tomato juice
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. In blender container combine all ingredients and process at high speed until blended.
2. Refrigerate until chilled.
3. Shake again just before serving.
