Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 garlic cloves |
1 onion, chopped |
2 teaspoons sugar |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
2 teaspoons oregano |
1 teaspoon basil |
2 bunches broccoli |
4 medium tomatoes, quartered |
Directions:
1. Cut broccoli in bite size pieces. 2. Saute onion and garlic in butter and oil. 3. Remove from heat. 4. Add sugar, basil, oregano and mayonnaise. 5. Pour over tomatoes and broccoli. 6. Stir slightly and refrigerate overnight. 7. Enjoy! |
