This is a Campbell's Kitchen recipe. It makes a very tasty side dish. Ingredients:
1 can tomato soup |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon dried crushed basil leaves |
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
4 medium zucchini, sliced |
1 onion, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix soup, lemon juice, basil, garlic powder, zucchini, and onion in skillet. 2. Heat to a boil over high heat. 3. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 15 min. |
