Ingredients:
4 (4-ounce) orange roughy or flounder fillets |
2 tablespoons fat-free italian dressing |
4 basil leaves |
4 (1/4-inch-thick) tomato slices |
freshly ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Place fillets in an 11- x 7- x 1 1/2-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Brush dressing evenly over fillets. Divide basil leaves and tomato slices among fillets; sprinkle with pepper, if desired. 2. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. |
