Tomato Basil Chicken

Ingredients:
1 cup chopped seeded peeled tomato (about 2 large)
1 cup fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
6 (4-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat grill
2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. With processor on, slowly add oil through food chute, processing until well blended. 3. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Grill chicken 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until chicken is done, and baste with 2/3 cup sauce during grilling. Slice chicken; drizzle evenly with remaining tomato basil sauce before serving.
