Tomato Basil Cheese Puffs |

Have made these with different cheeses and spices and this one is a keeper. Ingredients:
1/2 c butter,softened |
1 c loosely packed,shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 c loosely packed,shredded provolone cheese |
1 c flour |
1 tsp. finely fresh basil |
1/4 salt |
1/4 ground black pepper |
1/4 tsp ground paprika |
3 tbs finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper;set aside. 2. In large mixing bowl,combine butter and cheeses,mixing well. Add flour,basil,salt,pepper and paprika. 3. Pat sun-dried tomatoes dry with a paper towel. Add tomatoes to dough,stirring well. 4. Shape dough into 1 balls. Place 1-1/2 inches apart on prepared baking sheet. 5. Bake for 15 to 20 mins. Serve warm. |
