1/2 cup water |
1/4 cup milk |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons dried basil |
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese |
2 cups bread flour |
2 teaspoons yeast |
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoe, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients EXCEPT the tomatoes according to the manufactures directions. 2. Bake on white bread setting and add the tomatoes after the first kneading cycle. |
