Prep: 5 minutes; Cook: 10 minutes. Use your kitchen shears to quickly chop artichoke hearts in the can. Ingredients:
1 (10-ounce) italian cheese-flavored thin pizza crust (such as boboli) |
1 cup tomato-basil pasta sauce |
1 (14-ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped |
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450º. 2. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spoon pasta sauce over top, leaving a 1-inch border. Top with chopped artichoke, and sprinkle with cheese. 3. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut into 4 pieces. |
