Tomato, Basil, and Brie Sauce for Pasta |

From my aunt's recipe box. Ingredients:
7 tomatoes, peeled and cubed |
1/2 lb brie cheese, cubed |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 cup basil, chopped |
4 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients on the stove. Simmer on low heat. Once it is warm it's ready, the longer it simmers the better it tastes. 2. Serve over pasta. I prefer it with bowtie. |
