Ingredients:
2 medium tomatoes, each cut into 8 wedges |
1 medium avocado, thinly sliced |
1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil |
1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine tomato and avocado in a medium bowl. 2. Combine olive oil and remaining ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Drizzle dressing over tomato mixture. |
