Ingredients:
2 medium tomatoes, each cut into 8 wedges
1 medium avocado, thinly sliced
1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine tomato and avocado in a medium bowl.
2. Combine olive oil and remaining ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Drizzle dressing over tomato mixture.
