This recipe will make approx. 9 molds depending on size. Ingredients:
2 cups tomato juice |
1 tsp. salt |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup water |
1 stalk celery |
1/4 tabls. red pepper |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1 small bottle olives |
1 cup chopped celery |
Directions:
1. Combine juice,salt,sugar,water,onion,stalk celery,pepper and vinegar boil 5 min. remove from heat and strain; pour over 2 envelopes of plain gelatin that has been dissolved in 1/2 cup water ( cold) .Add chopped olives and celery . Pour in molds. chill and serve. |
