Here's a sauce that will wake up your taste buds. Ingredients:
2 lbs plum tomatoes or 2 lbs roma tomatoes |
3 -4 ounces blended scotch whisky |
3 -4 cloves garlic, crushed |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Chop the tomatoes and place in a saucepan with the other ingredients. 2. Simmer for 20 minutes. 3. Store refrigerated. |
