great with my prawn pakoras or as an accompaniment to a curry Ingredients:
1 large tomato, chopped |
1 cup mint leaf, packed |
1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves |
1 garlic clove, roughly chopped |
1 small red chile, roughly chopped |
1 lime, juice of |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients except the salt in your food processor. 2. Process until a smooth paste forms. 3. Add the salt just before serving to prevent discolouration. |
