Tomato and Mint Chutney

great with my prawn pakoras or as an accompaniment to a curry
Ingredients:
1 large tomato, chopped
1 cup mint leaf, packed
1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
1 garlic clove, roughly chopped
1 small red chile, roughly chopped
1 lime, juice of
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients except the salt in your food processor.
2. Process until a smooth paste forms.
3. Add the salt just before serving to prevent discolouration.
