Tomato and Feta Pasta Sauce |

A good way to use up leftover feta. Ingredients:
14 ounces chopped tomatoes with garlic |
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
black pepper |
5 ounces feta |
Directions:
1. Tip the tomatoes, oregano, sugar and pepper into a saucepan. 2. Simmer for 5 minutes, crumble in the feta and toss with cooked pasta. |
