Tomato and Cheese Egg Noodles |

This is one of my favorite quick and tasty side dishes when potatoes or plain butter noodles just doesn't sound good for some reason. Ingredients:
2 cups egg noodles |
4 ounces american cheese |
8 ounces tomato sauce |
1 1/2 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Boil noodles in salted water 7 to 8 minutes. 2. Drain noodles. 3. Return to saucepan and add butter, cheese and tomato sauce. 4. Heat over low until cheese melts. |
