Tomato And Black Olive Salad |

I wanted a different salad that was quick, easy, and yummy/. I came up with this combo and switch it up with different salad ingredients. Ingredients:
tomatoes (cherry, grape, or beefsteak) |
black olives |
oaxaca mexican mozzarella cheese |
1tbsp extra virgin olive oil |
2tbsp balsamic vinegar |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut tomatoes into bite sized pieces. 2. Slice black olives 3. Slice Mozz cheese into 1/2in cubes 4. Place in tomatoes, Black Olives and Mozzarella Cheese in the bowl 5. Lightly drizzle EVOO over the salad 6. Add Balsamic vinegar to taste. 7. Sprinkle Salt & Pepper. 8. Refrigerate for an hour and serve. |
