Ingredients:
6 italian tomatoes |
1 red onion, sliced |
1 clove garlic, crushed |
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar |
1 cup basil leaves, shredded |
Directions:
1. Quarter Italian tomatoes and mix with the red onion, crushed garlic, balsamic vinegar and shredded basil leaves. 2. Toss, season and set aside for 10 minutes, then transfer to a shallow dish. 3. If you find raw onion too strong, put it in a bowl and cover with boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain well. |
