Tomato and Basil Linguine

Ingredients:
9 ounces fresh linguine
1 bunch fresh broccoli, cut into florets
4 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 scallions, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. In a large pot of boiling water, cook linguine and broccoli until just tender, 2-3 minutes; drain well and transfer to a large bowl.
2. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese, and toss with linguini and broccoli. Serve warm or chilled with the cheese.
