Tomato and Balsamic Pasta |

Quick and easy for a busy night Ingredients:
1/2 lb pasta |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
2 tablespoons oil |
1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes (diced itallian flavor) |
3 tablespoons basil, fresh, chopped (or 1 tbsp. dried) |
2 -3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (optional) |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to directions. 2. Heat oil in large sauce pan on medium heat. 3. Add onions and garlic, saute for 3 minutes. 4. Add tomatoes, basil, bring to a simmer. 5. Add balsamic vinegar and parmesan cheese. |
