Ingredients:
2 tomatoes, cored |
1 avocado, peeled and pitted |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 red onion, sliced |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Slice tomato in half and squeeze seeds into a bowl. Dice tomato into pieces. Transfer to medium bowl. Chop avocado and combine with tomato. Pour in lemon juice. Add onion. Season with salt and pepper. Serve. |
