Tomato And Asiago Cheese Dip |

This dip is great for tomato and cheese lovers... Ingredients:
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, reconstituted in water |
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup mayonnaise |
2/3 cup asiago cheese, grated, plus enough to top dish |
4 tbls. green onion, chopped |
4 tbls mushroom, chopped |
Directions:
1. Prep time does not include reconstitute time for tomatoes 2. Squeeze all water out of tomato....(must be water free so color doesn't run) 3. Cut into thin strips 4. In food processor, put mayo, sour cream, 2/3 cup asiago, onions, and mushrooms 5. Pulse until smooth 6. In mixing bowl, add tomato and fold into dip gently 7. Put in microwave, broiler safe dish 8. Place in microwave and heat through 9. Top with remaining cheese 10. Put under broiler until cheese melts |
