This recipe is an accompaniment for Cheddar Shortcakes with Corned Beef Hash. Ingredients:
1 lb fresh tomatillos, husked, rinsed, and chopped |
1 fresh serrano chile, seeded (for less spiciness) and finely chopped |
1/2 cup finely chopped white onion |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro |
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
