2 cups tomatillos, diced |
1/2 cup onion, diced |
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
salt, to taste |
Directions:
1. Stir together first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl. 2. Cover and chill 1 hour. 3. Season with salt to taste. |
