Ingredients:
1 pound tomatillos
2 to 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
1 jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and minced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions:
1. Discard husks and stems from tomatillos. Place tomatillos, juice, and pepper in a food processor; pulse until tomatillos are coarsely chopped. Add onion, cilantro, and salt; pulse until combined.
